Dr. Jenny is a great and very compassionate doctor. All the other staff are not so great. Need more training that their job is to provide service to the patients. They are acting that they are the police or court judges.

Front office staff very friendly and helpful. I don’t think I waited even 5 minutes before I was called & taken to exam room. Back office staff was friendly too. Dr. Dickey explained everything she was looking for and why she suggested the medications she prescribed. She’s also very warm and friendly. Every time I’ve been to your office I’ve been impressed with how kind and welcoming your staff is on top of being professional.

Had s great experience from the moment I walked into the door with the wonderful administrative staff...to the nursing staff that brought me back. Dr. Hong was absolutely wonderful. Relatable-comfortable. She made me feel validated and heard. She took my needs seriously!! Can't remember the last time I felt so comfortable and confident about health care. Keep sparkling. You all are rock stars.

The office and waiting room were very friendly. Everyone there was relaxed, and the staff was courteous and professional. I met with Jennifer Bleck, PA for the first time and had a full body checkup. I had 2 areas of concern, and she was able to assure me that for both, to treat them would not be wise and to ignore them. This was great news! She did find a small spot to freeze. Good appointment.

This was my first visit ever to a dermatologist at 67 years of age and I was very apprehensive about what Dr. Dickey might find… Dr. Dickey was extremely thorough and very pleasant, easy to talk with about the few things that needed her expert attention. Totally put me at ease while explaining everything in a very understandable way. Left me with a calm feeling that we were going to address and solve my issues quickly and effectively. Her staff is very knowledgeable and personable as well! All in all, not a bad day.

I felt comfortable on my 1st visit to the office. Receptionist was very helpful and I appreciated that she took the time with to fill.out the questionnaire the require. Doctor and aide were great. Explained procedure and what to expect did the exam. I would return in the future if needed.

I’ve been a patient of this practice for many years. The care I received has been exceptional. Issues have been dealt with effectively, but more important has been the emphasis on prevention through regular examinations, prompt treatment, and advocating for personal practices that reduce exposure to dermatological hazards. The physicians are supported by an excellent office and technical staff. I feel my dermatology health is in good hands.

I have been going to RFD for about five years, always professional from the minute I walk in, I never have to wait more than five minutes for my appointments, staff is extremely friendly. Dr Schwartz is good natured, he has always listens to my concerns and explains things that I can easily understand without all the medical mumbo jumbo thrown in. He never seems to be in hurry to get me out of the office. I appreciate a doctor who is genuinely concerned about my health.
